Shanmuga is the Principal Consultant for ChangeDynamics Consulting Shanmuga’s consulting career spans over 20 years. During this time he has worked in several leading global consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services. He also bring global experience via his project experience in Japan, New Zealand, India and Philippines.
Shanmuga’s key strength is in leading transformation initiatives. Transformation initiatives impact organisations from multiple dimensions of strategy, people, process and technology. Shanmuga takes a holistic view to help organisation transform towards a high performance organisation.
Shanmuga’s Programme Management experience spans from large System Implementation Projects to Regional Corporate Restructuring Exercises. He lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the restructuring of a large regional healthcare group. Shanmuga was also the PMO lead for the Business Transformation Initiative for a major Malaysian Automotive Distributor. A key part of the overall transformation was the implementation of a new ERP system. In both programmes, Shanmuga was able to delivered the expected business benefits to the client while ensuring the project was completed on time and on budget.
Shanmuga was part of the transformation initiative at a local development bank. He was the Change Management Lead for the Core Banking System replacement Programme. The bank has over 400 branches nationwide and with more than 6000 staff. Customized change management strategies was developed to manage the change process for the various stakeholders.
Shanmuga has vast experience in technology driven operational transformation during his time in Accenture. He played pivotal roles in implementing large & complex technology driven transformations for the highly demanding international telecommunications industry.
Shanmuga has also helped clients to develop strategic plans for transforming their business. He was instrumental in developing the new target operating model for a large Malaysian Postal & Courier company. Shanmuga’s experience also include developing IT Strategy Plan for a major Malaysian Automotive Company and Business Strategy Workshop for a Malaysian Automotive Distributor.

Mui Han is the Principal Consultant for ChangeDynamics Consulting and has 15 long years of experience in leading diverse broad-based management consulting and training assignments across different industries. He was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services Malaysia before this implementing different aspect of organizational development projects for various clients. Mui Han was also the Project Team Lead for helping a Regional Legal Firm for their HR Transformation journey in supporting the firm’s regional expansion process. The transformation included the designing and rolling out HR modules such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development Framework and HR Policies and Procedure. He specifically led in the stakeholder engagement and developing various HR modules (Performance Management, Reward Management, HR Policies and Procedures and Talent Management).
Mui Han is also the CEO for Top Voices Malaysia (TVM), a group of 30 most influential people on LinkedIn Malaysia. Together, TVM command at least 320,000 views each time they post on LinkedIn. TVM members generally have 15-25 years of experience in their own niche. Perfecting this art of social media influencing, Mui Han has trained more than 100 insurance agents in deploying this unique methodology of building an online community and translating these community to offline events for lead generation and sales funnel.
Mui Han was a Senior Consultant in SRW&Co., a regional management consulting firm based in Jakarta. In SRW&Co., he developed comprehensive performance-based variable Compensation schemes and Reward infrastructures for clients in the manufacturing/automotive industries. In these assignments, he was the lead in putting together structured communication and change management activities for the rollout of new HR systems developed.
Mui Han also co-founded the Primed For Success movement in November 2017 where he focuses on enhancing Malaysian undergraduates employability through personal branding on LinkedIn. He conducted 32 sessions at 10 Malaysian universities with more than 3000 undergraduates in attendance. For his efforts, Mui Han was recently named as one of the Most Inspirational Icons in Malaysia in 2018 by Marketing In Asia. Quoting the article, “Week-in week-out he is always in a classroom somewhere teaching university students on the topic of employability via the digital approach – LinkedIn. Mui Han is also the lead facilitator for the development of emotional intelligence and it’s application into how managers engage their staff as part transforming the organization for Sun Life Insurance Malaysia (part of Avicennia Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the strategic investment fund of the Government of Malaysia. He has been leading emotional intelligence workshops and conducting personal executive coaching with more than 80 middle managers to provide feedback to Group HR and Management team on the impact of transformation.
